Building exceptional communities.
I am a real estate developer based in Toronto.
About Me
I build rental housing and mixed-use projects with a focus on long-term institutional investment.
With a background in architecture and real estate, I’ve led projects across major U.S. and Canadian cities—ranging from "missing middle" apartment buildings to multi-tower high-rise communities. I've directly managed over 1,200 rental units and led teams responsible for more than 5,000 units and $4 billion in project cost. I’m known for solving tough problems and bringing clarity and momentum to uncertain situations.
Today I lead two aligned businesses: Imprint Development, a boutique developer of purpose-built rental housing, and Recovery Capital, a platform that helps distressed or stalled projects with rescue financing and development management.
Separate from my development business, I am co-founder of Urban Progress, a magazine about housing, cities, and growth, and have a newsletter on Substack for people who share my interest in cities and building.
I enjoy working with people who think clearly, move with purpose, and care about doing things well. If that sounds like you, I’d love to connect.
