Served as Tricon’s development lead for a 725-unit, mixed-use rental community featuring approximately 28% affordable housing and 45,000 square feet of retail and office space. Led the internal team through the City of Toronto’s RFP process, rezoning, and early site plan review.

This was the final HousingNOW site to be awarded to a development partner—and the first to break ground—marking a significant milestone in the City’s affordable housing initiative.
