Served as development executive for an 859-unit, mixed-use rental community, leading the project through rezoning, site plan approval, and the start of construction. Introduced and onboarded a hospitality design firm to lead interior programming—a first for Tricon—positioning the project to deliver a distinct resident experience within an emerging, high-density, transit-connected submarket.
