Led development efforts for The Wray, a $74M adaptive reuse project that converted a former federal office building into 158 market-rate apartments in Washington, DC’s Foggy Bottom neighborhood. Oversaw design, entitlements, and execution, including the successful use of federal historic tax credits to support project financing and preserve key architectural elements.
